Upon receiving the goods, you must inspect them and contact our Customer Services for any damage, shortage, or defect within 10 days. Our Customer Services will send the detailed return authorization instructions by email. The returned item must be sent pre-paid and received in the original packs in resealable conditions (new condition and free of damages) within 14 days of the return authorization. Non authorized returns may be refused and will not be refunded.
After the return of the item in resealable condition, we will apply a credit to the same credit card used in the purchase. Shipping and fee charges will not be refunded.
Items shipped incorrectly also need a return authorization and the freight will not be charged. A prepaid label will be sent.
Cancellations requests must be sent by email as soon as possible, before shipment. If the order has been shipped out and the cancelation is requested, the shipping charge and credit card fee will not be refunded. The item must be sent back by customer responsibility. The item must arrive in resealable conditions. Customized products or special products are not permitted to be canceled once the production of the manufacturer has been started.
